Tsu-Nami, JW Marriott Bangkok

If you’ve been to Bangkok JW Marriott, but never been to the underground floor, you’d be surprised with the ambiance and design of the restaurant. The restaurant is design by PIA design firm, a famous design firm in Bangkok.
Tsunami if you don’t know already what it means; big wave. The sculpture wave form runs through the 3 sections of the restaurant creating an interesting unique space. The 3 sections are tsu; Traditional Japanese cuisine, the sake bar, and nami; teppanyaki style where the chef shows his skill in cooking in front of you. We recommend the lobster and the kobe steak both very expensive, yes we know. The lobster serve with prawns, answered our long unanswered question, of the difference between lobster and prawn. The lobster was much juicier. The kobe steak imported; was feed with beer, that why this dish is 3,500 baht. There also offer the pricier matsusaka steak.
